About the role
Customer implementation role owning complex SaaS deployments from planning through go-live. The specialist manages milestones, risks, stakeholder alignment and technical/configuration issues while building reusable implementation playbooks and improving onboarding quality.
Requirements
1-3 years in SaaS implementation, onboarding or project management involving substantial customer deployments; strong stakeholder and project management; basic SQL and Excel. APIs, Postman, data migration and workflow automation are advantageous.
