Finance Officer
About the role
Vale Finance is hiring a qualified and experienced Finance Officer to join its team.
Responsibilities
Support the preparation of management accounts, budgets and financial forecasts. Manage fixed assets, accruals, prepayments and the general ledger. Perform bank reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations. Prepare monthly payroll and manage staff loans. Handle statutory payments, tax filings and audit support. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. ICAN/ACCA qualification is an added advantage. Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience. Good knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations and payroll. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
