About the role
Entry-level remote customer-support role handling phone, email and chat enquiries covering orders, products, pricing, shipping, freight, returns, warranties and customer accounts. Employer-disclosed compensation: US$700-US$1,200 per month; final compensation is set after evaluating experience and location.
Requirements
Previous experience is not required. Strong attention to detail, organisation, dependable follow-through and ability to learn multiple systems. Customer service, order support, e-commerce, HubSpot, Adobe Commerce Cloud, logistics or warranty/returns exposure is advantageous. 9:00 AM-5:00 PM CST.
