About the role
Business-systems and AI automation role analysing manual operational processes and implementing practical automations across quotation, vendor communication, accounting data flows and internal workflows. The specialist works with business stakeholders to turn requirements into reliable API-, webhook- and AI-enabled processes.
Requirements
Typically 3-5+ years in automation, AI implementation, business systems, software development or process improvement; practical workflow automation experience; APIs and webhooks; process mapping and requirements analysis; strong systems thinking. Accounting, logistics, import/export or vendor-workflow exposure is useful.
